Leiza Minchella is a co-founder and principal of Aero Sourcing Advisors, LLC. As an accomplished 30-year veteran of the Aerospace Industry Leiza has served in executive sales & customer service roles for several manufacturing companies of aerospace fasteners & precision components along with 20 years working for aerospace component distribution companies.
-Prior experience includes various senior roles across KLX Aerospace, Boeing, Aeromed Group, and PMW Aero
-During this time, she lead the oversite of accounts with some of the largest OEM and Tier 1 providers to the aerospace and defense markets with annual revenue of $660 million and repeated year on year double digit growth
-Leiza is a graduate of prestigious Jesus College, Oxford University with a degree in Metallurgy and the Science of Materials. Leiza also is a fully trained accountant in the UK.
